Close your eyes, put your fingers on either side of your head. Massage for 10 seconds. Take a slow, deep breath in and gentle breath out. Take a moment to look at the materials you may have around you. Connect with the materials. What thoughts, feelings, ideas and images are you experiencing? Take a moment, choose the materials you resonate with, create an artwork and give it a voice.
