Find any box that resonate with you, I chose a box of rooibos tea, every time I drink it, I feel relaxed and calm. Decorate your box in a way that represent who you are. On some paper, write down three or more things that you are grateful for. Choose one thing from your list that you are mostly grateful for and create an image to represent this. Write something about your image and what it means to you. Put this inside your gratitude box. When we experience and express our gratitude, if has the power to change our mood and make us feel better.
